Is this suited for my child’s age?
Yes! We take both age and ability into consideration when offering a class for your child to ensure their FreeG experience is well suited! Apart from physical exercise, this sport is great for developing self-esteem, and confidence, increasing special awareness, and helping improve balance and coordination all while making new friends!
If your child is of school age, they can attend one of our classes. Our younger members ages 5 & 6 years learn Parkour skills on smaller equipment more suited to their age.
Can girls do the classes?Yes, girls can participate in this fun sport. They will enjoy all the benefits available to the boys. Girls can also attend competitions.
